What Everglades tours do you offer?

We offer multiple Everglades experiences—from our classic 4-5 hours round trip including 1-hour Everglades Airboat Tour + alligator presentation, to full-day combos like Everglades + Miccosukee Village or Miami City Tour + Everglades. See our Everglades Tours page for details.

How long is the Miami City Tour and what neighborhoods does it hit?

The Private Miami City Tour runs for 4 hours and covers South Beach, Downtown, Brickell, Wynwood, Design District, Little Havana, plus a scenic drive over the McArthur Causeway. Coconut Grove and Coral Gables can be added or substituted with other locations, as long as they fit within the total allotted time. It is advisable to consult the tour guide beforehand. What can I expect on the Key West Tour?

Our Private Key West Tour is a full-day 12-hour trip down the Overseas Highway with stops at historic landmarks, plus free time exploring Key West, like Duval Street and the Southernmost Point.

For the shared option we use a bus, and includes one coffee/restroom stop on the way to Key West. The bus will drop you off in downtown Key West, and you are free to discover the City on your own. The tour guide will propose extra activities to do in Key West during your free time. Details are on the Key West Tour page.

Can I combine multiple tours into one package?

Absolutely! We offer combo packages—Miami City + Everglades, Miami City + Biscayne Bay Boat + Everglades, Golden Coast Tour, and more. Visit Other Tours to explore all options.

Booking & Payment

How do I book a tour and what payment methods do you accept?

Click any Book Now button on our site, call/WhatsApp +1 305 498 2432, or email info@wideangletours.com. We accept Visa, MasterCard, AMEX, PayPal, and bank transfers for groups.

Where do your tours depart from?

Our tours depart directly from many of Miami Downtown, Miami Beach hotels, and eventually other areas. If you’re outside that zone, we’ll arrange a central pickup point. Full pickup details are provided at booking.

How far in advance should I book?

You can book anytime up to few hours before the activity. When it is a private tour and depending on the tour, it is advisable to book few days ahead. You can always inquire with us about the availability.

Policies & Accessibility

What is your cancellation and refund policy

For most of the tours you can cancel more than 24 hours before departure for a full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours are non-refundable, except for weather-related issues—those tours can be rebooked or refunded fully.

In which languages are your tours available?

Guided tours are offered in English, Spanish, French, and Italian, with live commentary in your preferred language.

Are your tours suitable for children and seniors?

Yes—our airboat and city tours are family-friendly. Most participants range from toddlers (in car seats) to seniors, and require only minimal walking.

Do you offer wheelchair-accessible tours?

We do not have wheelchair accessible vehicles. We can accommodate a wheelchair and store it in the trunk, if the passenger is able to hop on the vehicle. Please call us in advance so we can ensure a smooth pickup and departure.

Policies & Accessibility

What's included in your transportation services?

All tours include round-trip pickup and drop-off in designated areas in Miami-Dade County in luxury, air-conditioned vehicles. We also arrange private transfers and transportation services—see Transportation Services for full coverage.

Do I need to bring anything special on an Everglades tour?

We recommend sun protection (hat, sunscreen), insect repellent, earplugs, closed-toe shoes, and a reusable water bottle. We provide all airboat safety gear. For the shared Everglades tour option, you can dress the way you like, according to the temperature.

Are meals included on your full-day tours?

No food is included in the tours.

What should I do if my flight or cruise is delayed?

Let us know ASAP. If delays occur more than 24 hours before departure, we’ll rebook your tour at no extra cost (subject to availability).

Can I customize an itinerary or book a private tour?

Yes—you can tailor any tour or request a completely custom itinerary. Contact us to craft your perfect private experience.

Is gratuity included in the tour price?

No—gratuities for guides and drivers are not included. A standard gratuity is 10–20% of the tour price, at your discretion.

Can I add extra stops or photo breaks?

On private and custom tours, yes. Shared tours follow a set schedule, but our guides will accommodate quick photo stops whenever possible.

What wildlife can I expect to see on an Everglades tour?

You’ll likely spot American alligators, herons, egrets, turtles, and occasionally manatees—all safely observed from our airboats and boardwalks.

What should I wear for a Biscayne Bay boat tour?

For our Biscayne Bay Boat Tour, you can wear anything you like. Don’t forget a hat, sunglasses, and reef-safe sunscreen.

Are restroom facilities available during the tours?

Yes—our Miami City and Everglades tours include scheduled rest stops at visitor centers or partner facilities with restrooms. Full-day tours build in meal breaks with restroom access.

Is tipping required for drivers and guides?

Tipping is not required but always appreciated. A customary gratuity is 10–20% of the tour price if you enjoyed the experience and service.

Can I bring my pet on a tour?

Pets are not allowed at the Everglades tours for safety reasons. On City Tours, service animals are welcome with advance notice and proper documentation—please contact us to arrange.

What is the group size for a Biscayne Bay boat tour?

The shared boats generally seat up 80-100 guests.

We can organize private small boat tours as well.

Do you provide snorkeling equipment on boat tours?

There is no snorkeling on the Biscayne Boat Tour.

Do you offer hotel pick-up outside Miami-Dade County?

We primarily service some areas of Miami-Dade hotels but can arrange central pickup points or private transfers for Broward and Palm Beach County accommodations. See Transportation Services for details.

How do you handle food allergies on your tours?

Our tours generally do not include food. If we are requesting food as an additional service, we will accommodate your requests as much as possible.
