Visit this unique natural wonder of “The Never ending River of Grass,” the Florida Everglades. The Everglades encompasses an expansive area of 7,800 square miles, with the Everglades National Park comprising 1.2 million acres of grassland.
Within this preserved wilderness, you’ll encounter stunning panoramic views, lush vegetation, and immerse yourself in the tranquility of nature. You’ll be surrounded by a paradise of birds, fish, turtles, alligators, and other wildlife.
Your adventure includes an exhilarating ride of about 60 minutes on a flat-powered airboat, gliding over the shallow waters while the airboat’s captain-guide provides a full narration.
After your airboat experience, you will have the pleasure of attending an educational wild alligator show. Delight in the chance to hold a real baby alligator (option available on occasion).
After the show, you will have the opportunity to visit the gift shop, with snacks and beverages also available, before your relaxing drive back to your hotel. This experience will be unforgettable.
Details about pick up location and time for Shared Option
Transportation is included. We normally pick up from hotels along the City of Miami Beach (not Surfside, Bal Harbor, Sunny Isles) on Collins Avenue (by default from 45 street all way to 1 street) and Miami Downtown at Holiday Inn Port of Miami. Sometimes, when possible and as a courtesy, from different hotels and other areas. A supplement charge may be asked, depending on the location. Please inquire with us for more details about pick-up locations and the possibility of pick-up from other areas.
Wait for the transportation outside the Hotel, by the entrance.
Because we pick up from different locations, the collection time depends on how many stops we make and the locations.
We normally have only one departure per day.
Pick up time cannot be chosen.
The pick up time most of the times could fall between 7:20 to 10:00 am. The supplier will determine the time.
We could have a different time as well or an afternoon departure if the morning is full. Please contact us for pick-up time and locations.
Bear in mind we have a 24-hour cancellation policy. If you need to cancel or change the date for any reason, you need to do it up to 2 days before the activity. You can inquire about the approximate pick up time and pick up location before the 24-hour cancellation policy, so that you have the adequate time to cancel if needed.
Normally we give the exact pick up time and location the day before in the afternoon.
Total duration of the tour is usually 4-5 hours.
In some occasions, when we use a bus, it is 5-7 hours.
Most of the times we transport in small groups, using elegant, comfortable, High Roof Black Sprinter Vans.
The airboat ride and alligator show is always in English.
The driver on the way to the park will illustrate in their language, other than English, the facts about the Everglades and assist them at the park.
The commentaries in the vehicle might be multilingual. Depending on the day they could be delivered in multiple languages.
